The Island View is a beautifully refreshed B&B with en-suite rooms, a welcoming restaurant and bar — set along the Great North Road just 4 miles from Berwick-Upon-Tweed.
A perfect base for visiting Scotland, Alnwick Castle (Hogwarts), The Holy Island of Lindisfarne and further south to Newcastle. Our rooms boast beautiful views and our restaurant serves delicious breakfasts, evening meals and Sunday lunches.

The Island View sits approximately 10 metres from the A1, a busy trunk road with constant traffic throughout the day and night. While our rooms are comfortable, some road noise may be noticeable — particularly for light sleepers. We want guests to be fully informed before booking so there are no surprises on arrival.
